Mr. Rajesh Arora, Chairman of Arora & Associates, has devoted more than Thirty Five years to the Real Estate Industry and pioneered the group started by his father Shri K.J. Arora to success.

Mr. Arora realigned the vision of Arora & Associates to the development and management of owned assets. He has built award-winning properties in the Delhi-NCR region within a short span of time through the development arm of Arora & Associates. Leading Arora & Associates from the front, Mr. Arora also specializes in High Street Realty, Foreign Direct Investment, Industrial Development, and Capital Markets. In addition to being the Director Finance at NAREDCO, he is an active member of CII, CREDAI, RAI, GRI, FICCI, IGBC, EBG, BBG, IACC, IICCI, IFCCI, IECCI, ASSOCHAM, ICCC, IGCC, ICSC, The LHW, CoreNet Global-USA, Raine & Horne, Australia & Ballymore, Europe.

Mr. Arora takes keen interest in social welfare, educational, and sports activities. He is associated with Khushii, Prayas, and CanKids and is always ready to lend a hand to underprivileged children. He also runs a school called Sai Melody for underprivileged children in New Delhi where students are provided a meal, books & medicines for free. Mr. Arora believes in advocating financial independence for the youth of our country.

Embarkment of Arora & Associates in the sectors of Real Estate Development, followed by Lease of Residential Bungalows to English Electric company.

1971 - 2000

Leasing to various MNC, introduced the concept of Multi-Story Buildings in New Delhi with Akash Deep at Barakhamba Road & Himalaya House at Kasturba Gandhi (New Delhi), launched sale of World Trade Center & International Trade Tower.

2000 Onwards

Sale & Lease office to Deloitte & Google (Hyderabad). Facilitate Joint Venture for the first Indian Development of Hines (Gurugram). Lease retail space to one of the first Indian Stores of Miele (New Delhi).
